- 在CO2回注油气藏提高油气采收率可获得经济效益与环境效益双赢的背景下,研究了CO2热物性参数及管道输送技术。通过调研国内外CO2管输工艺及经验,借鉴油气管道的设计理念和计算方法,针对CO2低临界点的特性,探讨了高含CO2混合物气相、液相和超临界相三种相态输送工艺。在单一相态输送的前提下,比较了不同输量、不同管径下,高含CO2混合物的单向流输送距离。计算表明,超临界管道的单相流最远输送距离Ld最大,气相和液相管道的单相流最远输送距离Ld较小。对于一定输量和输送距离的CO2管道,采取不同输送方式,对应的最优管径不同,对于大输量、长距离工况,气相输送的最优管径最大,超临界输送的最优管径最小。CO2管输技术的研究为CO2不同相态输送方式的经济性对比提供了借鉴。
CO2 reinjection into oil and gas reservoir can enhance recovery effectively. Researched are thermal properties and pipeline transportation technology of CO2, investigated are domestic and foreign CO2 pipeline transportation technologies and experience, used are design concepts and calculation methods of oil and gas pipelines for reference, analyzed are characteristics of CO2 low critical point and discussed are transportation technologies for such phase state as gas phase, liquid phase and supercritical phase of CO2 mixture. According to single-phase flow transportation condition, compared are transportation distances of CO2 mixture single-phase flow under the conditions of different flow rates and different diameters. Calculation results show that supercritical phase pipeline has the farthest single-phase flow transportation distance and gas and liquid phase pipeline has the shortest transportation distance. In a given flow rate and transportation distance condition, different transportation means will require pipelines with different diameters, gas phase transportation means requires pipeline with the largest diameter and supercritical transportation means requires pipeline with the smallest diameter. Achievements obtained from CO2 pipeline transportation technology researches can provide basis for economic research of different CO2 pipeline transportation processes.
