- 针对目前有机硼交联剂破胶剂用量大、破胶后残渣含量高、不利于压裂液破胶返排及传统无机硼压裂液体系耐温差等现状,从提高无机硼交联剂耐温性能方面着手,开发出高温无机硼JLW-HT 1交联剂,并采用该交联剂配置成压裂液体系,用于低渗透气藏的储层改造。实验室评价及现场应用表明,该压裂液体系破胶后残渣含量少,有利于压裂液的破胶返排,对储层伤害小,而且具有很好的高温流变性,可满足鄂尔多斯盆地低温环境下高温深井的不同规模压裂施工。
Organic boron crosslinking agent has large consumption of gel breaker and has high residue content after gel breaking, which goes against the flow back of fracturing fluid. Traditional fracturing fluid system with inorganic boron crosslinking agent has poor temperature resistance. Aimed at improving temperature resistance performance of inorganic boron crosslinking agent, developed are high temperature inorganic boron JLW-HT1 crosslinking agent and compounded is the fracturing fluid system by using the agent so as to reconstruct low permeability gas reservoir. Results obtained from laboratory evaluation and field application show that this fracturing fluid system has low residue content after gel breaking, which is beneficial to the flow back of fracturing fluid, will result in low damage and has good high temperature rheology. This fracturing fluid system can be used in different scales’ fracturing operation of high temperature deep well in low temperature in Ordos Basin.
