- 凝结水回收作为蒸汽系统的重要组成部分,在整个蒸汽系统中的组成地位不可忽视。有效回收凝结水不仅可以节约燃料消耗、降低燃料费用,还可以节约自来水消耗、降低水费和水处理费用,是工业企业节能降耗的有效途径之一。比较开式和闭式凝结水回收系统的流程、优缺点,结果表明:开式凝结水回收系统热损失和热媒损失大,在进行系统设计时,应优先选择闭式凝结水回收系统;应根据不同设备的用气参数及布置情况,选择适宜的凝结水回收系统及回收设备。加压回收系统适应性较好,不失为一种好的回收方式。
As an important part of steam system, condensated water recovery plays a great role in the whole system. Effective recovery of condensated water can not only reduce fuel consumption and relative costs, but also reduce water consumption, water rate and water treatment fees. So, it is considered to be one of effective ways for industrial energy saving. Compared is open condensated water recovery system with several closed systems and analyzed are their advantages and disadvantages and results show that open condensated water recovery system will produce larger loss of heat and medium than the closed ones and closed condensated water recovery system shall be selected if possible. Meanwhile, recovery installations shall be selected properly and arranged reasonably according to technical parameters of different recovery installations in heating system. Pressure recovery system has greater adaptability and it can be considered to be a good selection.
