- 充分利用原有化工厂厂房及相应配套生产设备,缩短改造加固施工周期,并达到新技改要求,是化工厂厂房改造加固面临的问题。通过某化工厂以碳纤维布、外粘型钢加固法对原化工厂厂房成功进行改造加固的实例,证明该加固法充分利用碳纤维布强度高、延性好及型钢抗弯性能好等特点,有效提高原有构件截面抗力,满足厂房局部改造及加载要求,取得较好的经济效益,对今后类似问题的处理提供参考。
In order to make full use of existing chemical workshops and supporting production equipment, shorten the construction cycle and meet requirements of new technical improvement, reconstruction and strengthening of the existing workshops are urgent subject faced by many designers. Through a project case, introduced are reconstruction and strengthening of the workshops by using carbon fiber sheet and outside sticking steel reinforcement method. Due to high strength and good ductility of carbon fiber sheet, and good flexural behavior of outside sticking steel, original component section resistance can be improved effectively and local reconstruction and loading requirements can be met fully, which can obtain good social and economic benefits and provide valuable reference for solving future similar problems.
