- 储气库作为能源储备的一种重要方式,越来越多地应用到中国各地。M储气库作为中国第一个盐穴储气库,是中国建设其他储气库经验的重要来源。研究分析了M储气库地面注采集输系统工艺,在分析目前运行情况基础上,结合理论及现场实际对注采集输系统工艺,主要包括单井中的分离器、调压装置、流量计以及注采站中的分离器及阀门进行了优化。通过优化,M储气库的单井和注采站工艺流程更简单,更便于维护,解决了遗留问题,为M储气库后期建设提供了建议。
As an important way of energy reserves, underground gas storages are increasingly being used in China. Construction, put-into-production and operation of M salt cavern gas storage, as the first one in China, can provide valuable reference for future gas storage construction. Described is the surface injection and production process system in M gas storage, analyzed are its operation parameters in recent period and optimized are configuration, installation and parameters of the surface injection and production process system, mainly including separators, pressure regulators and flow meter in single well and separators and valves in injection and production station. The technological processes of single well and injection and production station after optimization become more simple and easier to maintain, accordingly, solved are many problems left over from the past and suggestions are proposed for later construction of M gas storage.
