- 利用ANSYS软件建立了跨断层埋地管道有限元模型,将埋地管道及其周围土体作为整体从地球半无限空间中取出,引入SHELL 281单元和SOLID 45单元分别对管道和土体进行离散,将管道模拟为薄壁中空圆柱结构,土体模拟为均匀实体介质。在保证计算精度的前提下,结合实际情况,基于状态非线性理论,建立了管土非线性接触模型,模拟管道和土体的滑移、分离和闭合现象;采用有限元技术分析了埋地管道与周围土体在断层错动下的相互影响,确定了模型的有效计算区域;进而提出了跨断层埋地输气管道三维多重非线性有限元数值计算模型。用所建模型及规范中方法分别对工程实例进行计算,并将所得结果进行对比分析,证明所建模型的合理性和准确性。
Buried pipeline crossing fault and its surrounding soil are taken out together from the semi infinite medium into SHELL281 element and SOLID45 element for dispersing respectively. The pipeline is simulated as thin-walled hollow cylindrical structure and the soil is simulated as uniform entity medium. Established is the pipeline-soil nonlinear contact model on the premise of ensuring the calculation accuracy and according to the actual condition and state nonlinear theory so as to simulate slippage, separation and closure phenomenon between the pipeline and soil. Applied is the finite element method to analyze interaction between the pipeline and its surrounding soil, determine the effective calculation area of the model and then establish 3 dimensional multiple nonlinear finite element numerical calculation model used for buried pipeline crossing fault. Applied are the model and methods in codes, standards and specifications to calculate project cases respectively and compared are results obtained from calculation to prove the rationality and accuracy of the model.
