- 为优化在高海拔地区三甘醇再生系统的设计和操作参数,采用HYSYS软件模拟的方法对再生压力等进行了研究。结果表明,在海拔较高的地区,负压的环境对再生系统有明显影响。加热温度、重沸器负荷和汽提气用量显著降低,并与环境压力呈线性递增关系。通过软件模拟结果与某高原气田的实际应用对比表明,软件模拟得出的结论正确,对设计和实际操作具有一定指导意义。
In order to study design and operating parameters of TEG regeneration system in high altitude localities, simulation software HYSYS is applied to analyze the regeneration pressure of the system and results show that negative pressure has significant effect on regeneration system in high altitude localities. Heating temperature, reboiler load and flow rate of stripping gas are decreased significantly and linearly increased with local ambient pressure. Compared are the simulation results with actual application results from a gas field in continental plateau and the results show that the conclusion obtained from the software simulation is valid and has a certain guiding significance for regeneration system design and practical operation.
