- 天然气气田开发地面工程系统复杂,主要包括内部集输系统及配套设施、天然气处理系统及配套设施、外输管线及装置等。其投产试运过程具有高风险性、高事故率、高技术含量等特点,特别是高含硫气田,其投产试运的危险性非常高,事故发生率居高不下且产生的影响特别严重,任何一次事故的损失都不可估量。因此,对投产试运过程进行危险性分析,并寻找科学、合理、适用的预防预警机制是亟待解决的问题。首先提出天然气厂、站在投产试运过程中可能存在的风险并对其进行归类,然后逐一分析,提出有效的预防预警措施,达到预防和降低事故发生率的目的,为类似天然气厂、站的投产试运提供参考。
Natural gas field surface development system is very complex, mainly consisting of internal gas gathering system and supporting facilities, gas processing systems and supporting facilities, export pipeline system and relative compressor stations or valve vaults. Commissioning of gas field surface development system has high risk and accident rates and requires high technology content. Especially in high sour gas field, its surface development facility commissioning has higher risk and any accident may result in inestimable damage to the surrounding environment, properties and even personnel safety. Therefore, it is essential to conduct risk analysis and identify scientific, reasonable and applicable early warning mechanism before commissioning. Analyzed are risks possibly existing in natural gas plant or station commissioning, conducted is classification of such risks and proposed are practicable and effective early warning measures, which will provide useful reference for similar gas plant or station commissioning.
