- 为了明确顶封注水对套变的影响,解决乾安油田部分区块分层注水后水井的注水压力不断升高,同时出现较为严重的套变问题,对顶封注水模式导致的套变问题开展了研究。采用有限元软件模拟分析了顶封注水工况下套管受到的等效应力情况,得到了模型条件下顶封注水模式下套管受到的等效应力的分布图。根据计算结果,提出了顶封注水时套管的性能要求及注水工艺施工的注意事项。
In order to define the effect of the upper packer water injection on casing deformation, prevent water well flooding pressure from continuously rising after separated layer water injection in some blocks of Qian’an Oilfield and control serious casing deformation, conducted is study on casing deformation resulted from the upper packer water injection mode. Applied is the finite element software to conduct simulation analysis on equivalent stress of the casing produced in the working conditions of upper packer water injection and obtained is the distribution of corresponding equivalent stress in the casing. Proposed are performance requirements of the casing during upper packer water injection and considerations in water injection operation according to the calculation results.
