- 随着机抽井数量不断增加,F区块因井深、井筒环境恶劣等导致的机抽管柱漏失修井逐渐频繁。2013年因漏失造成的检泵修井达到318井次,油井生产时率下降,油区生产成本增加。通过分析研究,认识到漏失的原因,并针对性地提出合理调节管杆组合、特殊油井治理、油管分类使用等措施,延长了油井的检泵周期,为降低生产成本提供技术依据。
With increasing number of oil wells in Block F, well depth and poor wellbore conditions resulted in gradually frequent leakage and repair of oil extraction columns. Only in 2013, frequency of pump troubleshooting and well repair resulted from leakage reached up to 318 times/wells, accordingly, oil well production efficiency decreased and oil production cost increased. Through analytical investigation, leakage reasons are identified, improvement measures are put forward for reasonable combination of tubes and rods, governance of special wells, and oil tube classification, which has prolonged oil pump troubleshooting cycle and provided technical basis for reducing production costs.
