- 通过对普光气田集输管道现场检测发现,管道多处发生明显的冲刷腐蚀,造成壁厚减薄。基于湿气集输管流流体动力学数值模型,开展气液两相冲蚀风险预测与评价研究。结果表明,普光气田集输管道气液相交界面上剪切应力较大,易发生冲蚀;上倾管段为段塞流流型,其下部管底区域剪切应力较大,流动腐蚀风险较高,是腐蚀监测的重点区域;集气站内集输管道环形障碍物后、分流支管入口、接管两侧及管汇主管中下部区域冲蚀风险高。研究结果为普光气田集输管道腐蚀监测与控制及安全管理提供了技术参考。
Conducted is field detection on gathering and transportation pipelines in Puguang Gas Field and it is found that obvious erosion corrosion occurs at many places in the pipelines, which results in pipeline wall thickness reduction. Established is a hydrodynamic numerical model for wet gas gathering and transportation pipelines to conduct gas-liquid two phase erosion risk prediction and evaluation research and the results show that shear stress in the pipeline gas-liquid interface is large and erosion is prone to occur in these areas. If fluid in inclined pipeline segment is slug flow, the shear stress in bottom area of the lower pipeline segment is large, flow corrosion risk is high and corrosion in such pipeline segment shall be closely monitored. The areas behind annular barriers of gas gathering pipelines in gas station, inlets of branch pipes, both sides of connecting pipes and middle and lower section of manifold main have high corrosion risk. These research results can provide valuable technical reference for corrosion monitor and control and safety management of gathering and transportation pipelines in Puguang Gas Field.
