- 测井是认识油气层的重要手段，测井作业成本直接关系到勘探开发效益，而测井作业具有工区覆盖范围广、工期不稳定等特点，因此成本管控工作难度较大。通过分析测井作业成本的构成、动因及管控现状，针对当前面临的问题和挑战，结合实际情况，提出相应的管控措施，并对应用效果进行了分析。数据表明，相关管控措施令测井作业时效性、成本费用及资料质量等方面得到了显著改观，取得有效管理和总体受控的良好效果。
Well logging is an important means of knowing oil and gas reservoir, and its operation cost has direct effect on benefit of exploration and development. Well logging operation has such characteristics as wide area coverage and unstable construction period and it is very hard to manage and control its cost. Through analysis on composition, influence factors and management and control situation of well logging operation cost, in view of problems and challenges existing in current period and combined with actual situation, corresponding measures of cost management and control are explored and put forward and its application effect is analyzed. Results show that the cost management and control measures are significantly effective.
