- 大丰1井钻进到3 000 m左右时进入到安集海层位,此时泥浆性能黏度和切力明显增大,钻井液受到碳酸根、碳酸氢根污染。通过室内实验与钻井液滤液分析,利用化学方法,有针对性地对碳酸根、碳酸氢根污染进行处理。采用加入适量生石灰的方法,同时补充RSTF、SP-80两种处理剂,一方面可使钻井液性能稳定,维护周期增长;另一方面节约了处理剂,降低钻井成本。通过加入处理剂CSW-1的钻井液性能分析,证明了钻井液受碳酸根、碳酸氢根污染的机理主要是ζ电位理论和胶凝结构理论。
When Dafeng Well 1 drilling entered Anjihai layer about 3,000m under the ground, slurry shear viscosity significantly increased and drilling fluid was contaminated by carbonate and bicarbonate. In laboratory experiment, conducted is analysis on drilling fluid filtrate and applied is chemical process to treat carbonate and bicarbonate contamination specifically. Right amount of lime is added and such treating agents are supplemented as RSTF and SP-80, which not only can stabilize performance of drilling fluid, but also save treating agents and reduce drilling costs. Results obtained from performance analysis on drilling fluid added with CSW-1 show that mechanism of drilling fluid contamination by carbonate and bicarbonate is mainly gel structure theory.
