- 长庆油田为了缩短井场准备、钻机搬迁、设备调试等作业的中间等停时间,提高钻井各个环节的作业效率,实现“规范、高效、快速”钻井作业,降低综合开发成本,2013年开始进行了大丛式井组布井,流水线工程作业的“工厂化”钻井开发试验。针对“工厂化”钻井技术难点,通过井眼剖面优化技术、井眼轨迹控制技术、降摩减阻技术、防碰绕障技术等三维水平井钻井技术的应用,顺利完成G 0-7 “工厂化”钻井任务,为长庆气田规模开展“工厂化”钻井积累了宝贵的实钻经验,提供了技术支撑。
In order to shorten intermediate stop time during well site preparation, rig relocation and equipment debugging, improve drilling efficiency, implement “standard, efficient and quick” drilling operation and reduce the cost of comprehensive development, Changqing Oilfield began the factory-like drilling pattern development test of “big cluster well group well spacing and assembly line engineering work” in 2013. In view of technical difficulties in the factory-like drilling, applied are such 3d horizontal well drilling technologies as well bore profile optimization, borehole trajectory control, friction reducing and drag reduction, crash-proof winding obstacle and G 0-7 factory-like drilling task is successfully completed, which has accumulated valuable real drilling experience and will provide technical supports for future large-scale factory-like drilling.
