- 长庆靖边气田下古气藏腐蚀介质为CO2、H2S和高矿化度地层水,管柱腐蚀环境复杂,为了全面掌握管柱腐蚀状况,针对常规的井下挂片和起出油管实物分析的局限性,开展了多臂井径仪MIT、磁测厚仪MTT和电磁探伤测井仪MID-K不压井腐蚀检测技术研究与应用,通过61口/72井次大规模的腐蚀检测,明确了靖边气井管柱的腐蚀状况、分布规律和防腐重点,为后期的防腐措施调整、生产管理和修井作业提供了依据。
The string corrosion environment of Lower Paleozoic gas reservoir in Changqing Jingbian Gas Field is very complex. The corrosion medium generally contains C02, H2S and high salinity formation water. In order to fully find out corrosion status of strings, developed and applied are many advanced measuring instruments, such as multi-finger imaging tool (MIT), magnetic thickness tool (MTT) and electromagnetic imaging detector logging tool (MID-K). Application of these technologies can avoid the limitations of wellbore corrosion coupon test and the tubing material analysis. The corrosion status of strings, the distribution of corrosion and the severe corrosive blocks are found out by 61 wells/72 times massive corrosion detection, which will provide a technical basis for improvement of corrosion control measures, production management and workover operation.
