- 为达到缩短工期、保证质量、降低投资的目的,中亚天然气管道乌兹别克斯坦(简称乌国)项目管理充分发挥市场机制作用,依靠广泛使用且成熟的通用技术并结合管道过境国项目管理与合资公司特点,采用PMT+PMC+TPI+EPC项目管理模式,从项目策划、设计、采购、施工到竣工投产全过程对项目管理模式进行优化,实现了项目管理的系统性、有效性,提高了业主对项目全盘的掌控能力。中亚天然气管道乌国项目管理模式与优化不仅在工程质量、进度和费用控制等方面达到了预期目标,在项目组织协调、团队沟通、对新情况的应变、对大局的控制与统筹等方面也积累了丰富经验。中亚天然气管道乌国项目管理模式与优化是项目顺利实施的重要保障。
In order to shorten the time limit for the project, ensure the quality and reduce the investment cost, the management department of Trans-Asia Gas Pipeline Uzbekistan Project gives full play to their role as the market mechanism, relies on widely-used and mature technology and applys the project management mode of PMT+PMC+TPI+EPC in combination with characteristics of local country project management and joint venture to optimize the whole project management mode including project planning, design, procurement, construction, completion and commissioning and realizes systematicness and effectiveness of project management and let the Owner control the whole project. The management mode of Trans-Asia Gas Pipeline Uzbekistan Project and its optimization has achieved the desired goals not only in project quality, schedule and cost control and has accumulated rich experience in project organization and coordination, team communication and strain capacity to new situation.
