- 油气管道连续穿越电气化铁路、城市轻轨和城际高铁,采用单一的定向钻或顶管施工工艺都无法满足其安全要求。为确保施工顺利完成,对顶管结合定向钻穿越施工工艺进行了研究,对施工过程控制进行了梳理。该方案有效降低了施工难度,缩减了施工周期,节省了工程投资,技术可靠,具有较高的经济效益和应用推广价值。
In engineering design of oil and gas pipelines crossing multiple rail transit routes, single application of directional drilling or pipe jacking is unable to meet relative safety requirements. In order to ensure that construction is successfully completed, studied is the combination of such two construction technologies as directional drilling and pipe jacking and analyzed and prepared are the construction process control measures. The construction scheme reduced construction difficulty, cut short construction period and saved project investment effectively. It has been found that the combination of directional drilling and pipe jacking is not only reliable technically, hut also has high economic benefit and application promotion value.
