低含氦天然气提氦联产LNG工艺分析

- 天然气提氦是目前工业化生产氦气的主要方法,从天然气中单一提氦在一定程度会影响过程的经济性,因此可将天然气提氦与制LNG联产。利用HYSYS对低含氦天然气提氦联产LNG工艺流程进行模拟,分析关键参数对设备能耗的影响。结果显示:天然气提氦联产LNG工艺能有效利用能源,降低设备投资与能耗,能同时得到粗氦和LNG两种产品,经分析可知,选择脱氮塔理论塔板数为5时最好;适当降低制冷剂高压压力、制冷剂流量、脱氮塔进料温度和二级提浓塔进料温度,提高制冷剂低压压力,均有利于减少装置设备能耗。天然气提氦与制LNG工艺联产为低含氦天然气提氦提供了一种可供选择的工艺方式。
At present, helium extraction from natural gas is main method of helium production industrially. Single helium extraction from natural gas may reduce economical efficiency of the process and LNG production may be conducted together with helium extraction. HYSYS is applied to simulate the combined process of helium extraction and LNG production from low helium natural gas and analyze the effect of key parameters on equipment energy consumption. Results show that the combined process can effectively use energy sources and reduce equipment investment and energy consumption. Analysis results suggest that nitrogen removal efficiency is optimal theoretically if 5 denitrification tower plates are applied and equipment energy consumption can be reduced if high pressure and flow rate of refrigerant and inlet temperature of denitrification tower and two-stage contraction tower are properly decreased and low pressure of refrigerant is increased properly. The combined process can provide useful reference for future similar projects.
