- 蒸汽驱虽能大幅提高稠油油藏采收率,但由于受到储存非均质性等因素的影响,易发生汽窜,降低蒸汽波及体积。针对齐40区块稠油油藏特点,在单一蒸汽驱后设计了2种不同注入方式的氮气辅助蒸汽驱,通过对驱替压差、瞬时(累积)油汽比、含水率和驱油效率的分析,得到了氮气辅助蒸汽驱提高采收率增油机理。自行研制了双管长岩心模型,通过改变双管长岩心长度模拟了4组不同流线比下氮气辅助蒸汽驱实验,分析了不同流线长度比对开发指标的影响,根据实验数据得出了流线长度比与驱油效率的多项式函数。实验结果表明:蒸汽驱后开展氮气辅助蒸汽驱能进一步提升最终采收率;同一流场内不同流线的采出程度随着流线长度的增加而降低,注采主流线上原油的产出量占总原油产出量的50 以上。
Steam flooding can greatly enhance the heavy oil recovery. However, for single steam flooding, it is possible to decrease the steam sweep efficiency resulting from poor heavy oil development efficiency due to steam channeling and heterogeneity. According to the characteristics of the heavy oil reservoirs in Block Q40, designed are two different injection modes of nitrogen foam-assisted steam flooding after single steam flooding. Analyzed are the displacement pressure, instantaneous (cumulative) oil and gas ratio, water cut and oil displacement efficiency and obtained is the EOR oil displacement mechanism of nitrogen foam-assisted steam flooding. Meantime, developed is a double long core model to conduct simulation experiment on nitrogen foam-assisted steam flooding in the conditions of 4 different streamline ratios through changing double core length, analyzed is the effect of different streamline ratios on the development index and obtained is the polynomial function of streamline ratio and oil displacement efficiency according to the experimental data. Experiment results show that nitrogen foam-assisted steam flooding can further enhance the ultimate recovery after the single steam flooding, recovery degrees of different streamlines in the same flow field will decrease with streamline length increase and oil producing capacity of the injection- production main stream line accounts for more than 50% of the total oil output.
