- 为解决以作业经验或实验数据为基础的传统最小射孔负压设计方法适用范围有限的问题,提出了从负压回流清洁机理出发,利用首次建立的地层向孔眼回流过程的渗流模型计算流率;再根据渗流流率,采用有限体积法与离散相模型,求解孔眼内流动场及岩屑运移轨迹,然后确定最小射孔负压的设计方法。根据新方法设计,对5口井进行了负压射孔,射孔后全部自喷,达到有效清洁射孔孔眼,提高产能的目的。现场试验证明该理论最小射孔负压设计方法较好地解决了以作业经验或实验数据为基础的传统最小射孔负压设计方法适用范围有限的问题。
Applicable range of traditional minimum perforation negative pressure design method based on operation experience or experimental data is limited. In order to solve this problem, analyzed is the mechanism of negative pressure backflow cleaning, applied is the penetration model to calculate the flow rate, adopted are the finite volume method and discrete phase model to solve the moving track of flow field and rock debris inside the perforation tunnel according to the penetration flow rate and determined is the minimum perforation negative pressure design method. Applied is the new method to conduct negative pressure perforation in five wells and all of perforation tunnels spurt voluntarily after perforation, perforation tunnels are cleaned effectively and productivity is improved obviously. Field test results show that the minimum perforation negative pressure design method can effectively solve the problem that the traditional one based on operation experience or experimental data is limited.
