- 为了解决某气田在投产后集气管道保护电位下降,达不到阴极保护要求的问题,须找出导致保护电位下降的原因,并采取有针对性的解决措施。采用PCM对集气管道进行测试,找到漏电点出现在集气站的绝缘接头上,因绝缘接头暂时无法更换,漏电问题无法解决,通过将集气管道纳入集气站区域性阴极保护系统的方式,使集气管道达到阴极保护要求。因此,当线路阴极保护系统出现问题,如绝缘接头失效、阴极保护系统相互干扰,可将线路管道纳入站场区域性阴极保护系统。
Protection potential of gas gathering pipeline in a gas field dropped after put into production and relative cathodic protection requirements cannot met. To solve the problem, it is necessary to find out factors resulting in protection potential drop and take some targeted solutions. PCM is applied to test gas gathering pipeline with protection potential drop and it is found that there is electricity leakage point in insulation joint at gas gathering station. Because such insulation joint cannot be replaced temporarily, the electricity leakage problem cannot be solved. Applied is the manner that the gas gathering pipeline is incorporated into the regional cathodic protection system at gas gathering station so that its cathodic protection requirements can be met. Therefore, if there is something wrong with pipeline cathodic protection system, such as insulation joint failure and mutual interference of cathodic protection system, etc., incorporation of the pipeline into the regional cathodic protection system is a good solution.
