- 为探究胜利油田污水脱盐处理采用多效蒸发技术(MEE)和机械压缩蒸发技术(MVC)的可行性,对胜利油田高矿化度油田污水脱盐进行了现场试验研究,通过对处理后的水样进行化验,分析处理后水质是否达到注汽锅炉用水水质标准。结果表明:多效蒸发技术处理后,污水中可溶性固体(矿化度)可降至1 000 mg/L以下,油含量、总铁、总硬度、总碱度、矿化度能够达到注汽锅炉用水水质标准;机械压缩蒸发技术处理后,污水的矿化度可降至20 mg/L以下,水中盐分去除较彻底,各项指标均能达到注汽锅炉用水水质标准,该项技术适用于胜利油田污水脱盐。
In order to research the feasibility of such desalting technologies as multiple-effect evaporation and mechanical recompression evaporation in Shengli Oilfield wastewater treatment, conducted is field experimental study on hypersalinity oilfield wastewater desalting technology applied in Shengli Oilfield. Conducted is test on treated water samples and analyzed is the quality of such water samples. Results show that soluble solids (mineralization) in waste water treated by multiple-effect evaporation technology are reduced down to less that 1000 mg/L and its oil content, total iron content, total hardness, total alkalinity and mineralization can reach the water quality standard of steam injection boiler water, and the mineralization in waste water treated by mechanical recompression evaporation technology is reduced down to less that 20 mg/L, salt in waste water is removed rather completely and various indexes can meet the water quality standard of steam injection boiler water and the technology is applicable to Shengli Oilfield waste water desalination.
