- LNG储罐结构复杂,工程施工工序多、交叉作业多,施工质量管控难度大。以某LNG接收站工程16×104 m3 LNG储罐施工为例,详细介绍了在工程建设中,如何从责任主体质量行为和实体质量方面出发,对工程关键工序进行监督管理；浅析了施工过程出现的质量问题及管理措施，同时总结了质量监督一些工作方法,可以极大地规范施工各方质量行为,确保工程质量。
LNG storage tank has complex structures, with many construction procedures and cross operations, construction quality control difficulty is large. Taking 16 x 104m3 LNG tank construction in a LNG receiving station project as an example, introduced in detail are supervision and management of key processes of the project from such aspects as behavior quality and physical quality, analyzed are quality problems occurring in the construction process and corresponding corrective and management measures and summarized are some effective quality supervision methods, which can greatly standardize construction quality behaviors of involved parties and ensure construction quality.
