- 针对治理工程建设中习惯性违章的困惑,提出在公司总部、分子公司、分子公司总承包项目部和分包商多层级质量安全管理构架的条件下,采用自主隐患辨识率和各层级不符合项对比评价模型图的方法,认清质量安全管理现状和多层级博弈的客观现实,优化管理,促进各层级互动,避免严格监督陷阱,对提升质量安全管理水平具有重要意义。
In view of confusion of habitual peccancy control in engineering construction, it is proposed that in the frame of multi-level quality safety management of the company headquarters, constituent companies, general contracting project departments and the subcontractors, independent hazard identification rate and each-level non-conformance term contrast evaluation model diagram method are adopted to analyze the objective reality of quality safety management status and multi-level game so as to optimize the management and promote interaction at all levels in order to avoid the strict supervision trap, which is of great significance for enhancing the level of quality and safety management.
