- 液化率是衡量LNG液化工厂运行效果的一个重要指标。由于很多装置缺少直接计量原料气和液化产品的方法，如何计算不同流程LNG液化工厂的液化率是一个难题。较详细阐述了利用调压计量橇原料气流量计量和液体贮槽产品液位计量参数，进行整个液化工厂液化率的间接计算实践，并对液化率计算结果影响因素进行了分析和探讨。此计算方法能够基本满足液化工厂液化能力的评估需求，为相关液化工厂液化率计算提供参考借鉴。
Liquefaction rate is an important index for measuring the operating performance of a LNG liquefaction plant. Calculation of liquefied rate is difficult due to different processes in LNG liquefaction plants and lack of methods for directly metering feed gas and liquefied products. Described is the indirect calculation practice of liquefaction rate in LNG liquefaction plant by using such parameters as feed gas flow measurements from skid-mounted gas metering and pressure regulating unit and liquid level measurements in liquid product tank and analyzed and discussed are some factors affecting calculation results of the liquefaction rate. This calculation method can basically evaluate the capacity of a liquefaction plant and it may be helpful for the calculation of the liquefaction rate in similar LNG liquefaction plants.
