- 压裂车是压裂施工作业的核心设备,在降低开采成本、提高油气开采效率等方面发挥着重要作用。但随着压裂工艺技术水平的提高和页岩气等非常规油气井的大规模开发,压裂施工作业对压裂车的单机功率、压力、排量、可靠性及自动化水平的要求越来越高,小功率压裂车已不能适应“工厂化”作业要求。综述了压裂车的国内外研究现状,从单机功率、重量、节能、排放及施工作业成本等方面提出了新型压裂车的发展方向,可有效满足现代压裂施工作业对压裂车大功率、超高压、大排量和智能化的要求。
Fracturing truck is key equipment in fracturing operation and plays an important role in production cost control and oil and gas exploitation efficiency increase. Along with continuous improvement of fracturing technology and large-scale development of shale gas and other unconventional oil and gas wells, requirements for fracturing truck capacity, pressure, displacement, reliability and automation level are becoming increasingly strict in fracturing operation and fracturing truck with low capacity cannot meet the requirements of "factory-like operation. Reviewed are current situations of study on fracturing trucks at home and abroad and put forward is the development direction of new fracturing trucks in capacity, weight, energy conservation, emissions and construction costs, which can effectively meet requirements for fracturing truck capacity, ultrahigh pressure, large displacement and intelligentization in modern fracturing construction.
