- 川西水平井水平段较长,套管下入困难,套管不易居中,影响顶替效率。采用尾管悬挂固井方式大大降低了套管中途遇阻的风险,悬挂后回接固井可以更好地封固套管重叠段,对提高固井质量,减少油气上窜起到了重要作用,这种固井方式的主要技术要求和工具性能是固井的关键部分。该技术在现场的成功应用为川西水平井固井提供了经验。
Because horizontal segments of horizontal wells in Western Sichuan is long, it is hard to conduct casing running and it is not easy to make it be centered, which affects the displacement efficiency. Adoption of the liner hanging cementing method can greatly reduce the risk of casing blocked midway in horizontal well. After liner hanging, tie-back cementing can cement casing overlapping section in an even better fashion, which can play an important role in improving the cementing quality and reducing oil and gas channeling. The main technical requirements of this cementing manner and performance of cementing tools are a key link in well cementing. Successful field application experience of the technique can provide useful reference for horizontal well cementing in Western Sichuan.
