- 为解决LNG工厂工艺管线检修、设备装置维护、人员上岗培训、工厂综合管理等问题,对项目的地理信息数据、设备数据、生产数据及业务系统进行模块化汇总。采用数字化LNG工厂技术,借助计算机进行虚拟仿真;搭建工厂真实场景,建立主要设备设施模型,使数字化LNG工厂系统平台能对生产工艺的各个环节进行有效监控和管理,实现培训可视化、业务系统高度集成化以及生产控制一体化,有效地减小劳动强度,优化岗位分工,提升工作效率。所以现代化LNG工厂应该具备生产工作严密、人员培训复杂、安全等级高等特征。
To solve problems existing in LNG plant process pipeline troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, staff training and plant comprehensive management, conducted is modular summary on geographic information data, equipment parameters, production data and business system of the project. Applied is the digital plant technology to conduct virtual simulation with the help of computer. Plant real scene is set up and established is the main equipment model to make the digital plant system platform monitor and manage each link of production process effectively and realized are the goal of training visualization, high integration of business system and integration of production and control. Labor intensity is effectively reduced, optimized is job distribution and improved is the working efficiency. Therefore, modern LNG plant shall have the characteristics of production and work orderliness, complex personnel training and high security level.
