- 为保证数字气田稳定、高效、持续、安全地运行,通过借鉴石油企业的运维实践经验,构建了由组织管理模式、制度规范体系、技术支撑体系组成的数字气田运维服务体系。按照组织管理模式、制度规范体系的要求,采用先进技术建设了自助服务台、自动化集中监控、可视化流程管理、可视化远程专家会诊、统一资料管理等主要维护功能,实现了人员、工具、流程的有机整合,达到提高运维效率、改善运维服务质量的目的。通过海外试点项目中数字气田运维服务体系的建设和应用,积累了经验,有利于进一步提升数字气田运维服务体系。
In order to ensure stable, efficient, continuous and safe operation of digital gas field, proposed is the digital gas field operation and maintenance services system consisting of organization and management mode, institutionalized normative system and technology supporting system through learning the operation and maintenance experience from oil operating companies at home and abroad. According to the organization management mode and institutionalized normative system, adopted are some advanced technologies to establish main maintenance function including self-service station, automatic and centralized monitoring, visual process management, visual remote expert consultation, unified data management, realized is the organic integration of personnel, tools and processes and sequentially achieved is the aim of improving the operation efficiency and service quality.
