- 为了适应长庆油田快速发展的步伐,解决油田站场供热系统存在的矛盾,有必要改进现有地面建设的供热模式,实现油田站场供热一体化、集成化、数字化。在现有站场标准化设计、模块化施工的基础上,通过对目前长庆油田站场传统供热模式的研究,将部分系统复杂、建设周期长、自控水平低的供热系统进行改进,实现多功能一体化集成、多技术优化集成和工厂化规模生产。研发出一系列一体化数字供热装置,达到缩短设计和施工周期、提高系统自控水平、降低运行成本的目的。
In order to adapt to the situation of rapid development in Changqing Oilfield surface construction and solve outstanding problems existing in heating system at oilfield stations, it is necessary to improve current heating mode existing in surface construction engineering design and realize integrated and digitized heating at oilfield stations. Analyzed is the current situation of station standardization design and modular construction and researched is the traditional heating mode at each station in Changqing Oilfield, transformed are some heating facilities with complex system, long construction period and low self-control level and realized are multi-functional integration, multi-technology optimization and factory-scale production. A series of integrated digital heating equipment has been developed, design and construction cycle are shortened greatly, system automation level is improved effectively and operating costs are reduced obviously.
