近两年，中国受内外经济形势影响，2015年中国城市燃气发展不及预期。“十三五”大环境下，中国城市燃气的发展趋势值得研究。基于此，通过对当前中国城市燃气发展的政治环境、经济环境、社会环境和技术环境等外部环境以及内部条件的系统分析，评价这些外部环境和内部条件对未来城市燃气发展的影响，认为“十三五”期间中国城市燃气仍处在快速发展的重要机遇期，是发展的关键阶段，最后从市场开发、管网布局、应急调峰、安全管理及严格监管等方面提出中国城市燃气发展的对策与建议。
In 2015, China's city gas develops slower than expected due to influence from economic situations at home and abroad in recent two years. Systematically analyzed are such current external environments and internal conditions related to China's city gas development as political, economic, social and technical environments and evaluated are influences of such external environments and internal conditions on future city gas development. It is believed that during the "Thirteenth Five-year Plan" period our city gas development still stays in an important and rapid development period and proposed are some countermeasures and suggestions in terms of marketing, network arrangement, emergency peak-shaving, safety management and strict supervision on city gas development in China.
