针对现有火炬点火系统在高/低压放空工况下点火成功率较低的问题进行分析研究,结合现场运行经验,通过在取气管路上增加一路设有限流孔板的点火管线,在火炬筒体与火炬头连接位置下1 m处增加一路点火取气管线,提出了一种适用于瞬时放空量较大(高压)及瞬时放空量较小(低压)两种极端工况的自动点火系统。该点火系统保证了采气站场放空的安全性、可靠性且能满足环保要求,已在一些新建气田集输工程中推广应用,应用前景广泛。
Analyzed and investigated is the problem that ignition success rate of current flare ignition systems is low in high/low pressure venting conditions. Based on in-site actual operating experience, an ignition pipeline with restriction orifice is added in gas-sampling pipeline, ignition gas-taking pipeline is added under the connection position of flare cylinder body and tip and an automatic ignition system is obtained, which is suitable for such two extreme operating conditions as high amount of instantaneous venting (high pressure venting) and low amount of instantaneous venting (low pressure venting). The ignition system can ensure safety of gas station effectively and has been used widely in some newly-built gas field gathering and transmission projects.
