在天然气生产中,气相管道上的降压元件在压降和流体流量较大时会产生噪声,较大的噪声会引发管道振动,强烈的声致振动可能导致管道疲劳失效或断裂破坏。在工程设计阶段对管道进行声致振动分析能有效地减少声致振动失效带来的损失。在国外,管道声致振动分析研究开展较早,大型项目要求在工程设计阶段对管道进行声致振动分析,而国内则鲜有输气管道声致振动分析的研究报道,大型项目也极少要求对管道进行声致振动分析。在研究文献和工程实践的基础上,结合天然气处理工程实例,提出了在工程设计阶段声致振动管线的初步筛选方法和步骤,旨在呼吁人们加强对声致振动管线分析的重视,同时也为工程人员提供一些工程经验。更重要的是,声致振动管线的初步筛选为声学振动管线的详细分析奠定了基础。
In the process of gas production, pressure reducing devices in gas phase pipe may produce noise in case of pressure drop and large fluid flow rate, large noise may cause pipe vibration and strong acoustic vibration can induce fatigue cracking of the pipe and can potentially cause catastrophic pipe failure. In engineering design phase of pipe system, analysis on acoustically induced vibration pipes can effectively decrease risk of pipe fatigue failure resulting from such vibration. Overseas studies on acoustically induced vibration pipes begin early and analysis on acoustically induced vibration pipes is required in design phase of large overseas projects. However, little similar reports can be found in China and there are no relative requirements for analysis on acoustically induced vibration pipes even in very large projects. Based on research literatures and engineering practices and in combination with engineering examples in natural gas treatment, proposed are preliminary screening methods and steps of acoustically induced vibration pipes in design phase so as to pay attention to analysis on acoustically induced vibration pipes and provide some preliminary engineering experience for engineers and especially, preliminary screening of acoustically induced vibration pipes can lay foundation for detailed analysis on acoustically induced vibration pipes.
