- X原油处理站原油自然蒸发损耗率高达159 ,为减少损耗,需对原油进行稳定处理。采用PRO/II软件建立该原油处理站负压闪蒸稳定和加热闪蒸稳定的工艺模型,并在此基础上构建了净收益模型。通过模拟及经济分析得到两种稳定方法的最优经济运行方案。对比两种最优方案可见:该原油处理站应采用负压闪蒸稳定,压力60 kPa(a),温度50 ℃,不使用汽提气,净收益最高,达到3 402.11万元/a。
Loss rate of crude oil natural evaporation of X processing station is as high as 1.59% . In order to reduce loss, it is necessary to conduct stabilization treatment of crude oil. Applied is the software PRO/II to establish a process model for negative pressure flash stabilization and heating flash stabilization and establish a net income model based on the former model. The optimum economic operation programs of two stabilization methods are obtained through simulation and economic analysis. The results obtained through comparative analysis on the two optimum programs show that negative pressure flash stabilization process shall be applied in 81# processing station, with pressure of 60 kPa (a) and temperature of 50°C. If no stripping gas is used, the net income can reach up to the highest value of 3 402.11 x 104/a.
