为使渣油加氢装置新氢往复压缩机K-4001 A减少电量消耗,最大限度节约能源,降低压缩机运行的总费用,有必要分析影响渣油加氢装置新氢往复压缩机K-4001 A无级负荷无法投用的原因并解决存在的问题。通过对照无级负荷调节系统设计资料及其他装置无级负荷调节系统分析发现因低选器选值不正确、分程控制器发生作用的逻辑不正确、压缩机系统设计缺陷导致渣油加氢装置新氢往复压缩机二、三级无级负荷调节无法实现是影响K-4001 A无级负荷系统无法投用的原因。在消除影响新氢复往压缩机无级负荷无法投用的因素后,K-4001 A无级负荷使用正常,降低了K-4001 A的电能消耗,同时对设备的长周期运行起到重要作用。
In order to reduce power consumption of residual oil hydrogenation reciprocating compressor K-4001A, save energy and reduce overall cost of compressor operation as far as possible, it is necessary to analyze the uselessness reason of stepless load regulation system in the reciprocating compressor and take appropriate measures for solving the problem. It is found through analysis that the main reasons are incorrectness of the selected value of low selector, incorrectness of logic of relay controller works and design defects of compressor system, which result in secondary and tertiary control failure to gas load regulation. After the above-mentioned factors are eliminated, K-4001A stepless load system operates normally and power consumption is greatly reduced accordingly.
