- 国内含硫天然气处理厂硫黄回收装置普遍采用克劳斯工艺方法,主燃烧炉、再热炉、尾气焚烧炉是克劳斯法硫黄回收装置中的关键设备。实际生产运行中出现的高温炉内衬里垮塌、燃烧器衬里损坏而导致停产的事故,以及高温炉配套的燃烧器长期依赖进口,常对工程投资、建设周期及维护运行带来了诸多制约因素。介绍了硫黄回收装置关键设备的技术现状及存在问题,以及目前解决硫黄回收装置工程技术难题的研发进展和主要成果,为保障硫黄回收装置安全运行和实现关键设备国产化提供参考。
Claus process is an industrial method widely used by sulfur recovery units in domestic natural gas treatment plants and main combustion chamber, reheating furnace and exhaust incinerator are the key equipment used in sulfur recovery unit. Analyzed are reasons of accidents caused by furnace lining collapse and burner lining damage during operation of sulfur recovery unit and the problem of high degree dependence on imported complete set of burner for high temperature furnace, which brings much restriction on project investment, construction period and maintenance operation and introduced are technical status and research and development process of key equipment and main achievements for solving the aforementioned problems, which will provide valuable references for assuring safe operation and complete localization of key equipment.
