油气田地面工程中突发安全事故不仅危害巨大，而且直接影响油气田地面工程的可持续发展。为提升油气田地面工程建设质量，应有效分析油气田地面工程突发事故因素，有针对性地采取有效的事故安全防范措施。在分析油气田地面工程突发事故问题的同时，注重以人为本、以防为主的理念，不仅可以避免突发安全事故，也可以确保油气田地面工程安全，维护国家的社会、经济效益。突发事故防范措施可以确保油气田地面工程安全，避免突发安全事故。
Emergency safety accidents in oil and gas field surface construction projects have major harizonaards and will directly affect sustainable development of oil and gas field surface construction. In order to improve quality of oil and gas field surface engineering construction, it is necessary to effectively analyze factors possibly resulting in sudden incidents in oil and gas field surface construction projects and propose some effectual safety precautions according to certain specific accidents. While factors for sudden incidents are carefully analyzed, a control countermeasure of "People first and rely mainly on prevention" is adhered consistently, which can effectively avoid some unexpected safety accidents, ensure safety of oil and gas field surface engineering and improve economic and social benefits greatly.
