- 流花19-5气田海底管道输送未经处理的湿天然气,紧急停输时间通常不超过12 h,采用缓慢放空策略既能有效抑制水合物产生,又可避免经济上的浪费。利用PVTsim 8.0和OLGA 7.2商用软件模拟,研究了该管道在不同放空速率下对应的温度变化及水合物生成风险,指明了放空阀开度与恒放空速率之间的匹配关系。结果表明,紧急停输的最佳放空速率宜取2 000 m3/h,对应的放空阀开度建议取10。
The untreated wet natural gas of Liuhua 19-5 gas field is transported by a subsea pipeline with the duration time of unplanned shutdown no more than 12 hours in most cases. Thus strategy of slow venting is relatively inexpensive lo prevent hydrate during shutdown. The temperature variation and hydrate risks under different venting rates are simulated by PVTsim8.0 and OLGA 7.2 softwares, indicating the matching relationship between vent valve opening degree and the constant venting rate. The results show that the optimal venting rate under the unplanned shutdown conditions is approximately 2000 m3/h and the corresponding opening degree of the vent valve is recommended to be 10%.
