- 加纳Jubilee油田至气体处理厂的天然气海底管道作为加纳第一条天然气海底管道,对于改善加纳国内能源结构,缓解国内电力紧张具有重要意义。由于气体富含重烃组分,海底管道DN 250变径DN 300,落差大等技术难题,常规海底管道投产方法并不适用。通过合理选择清管器类型,优化排水方案,实现了排水、干燥及进气投产同步进行并一次投产成功,为深海海底管道投产提供了经验。
The submarine gas pipeline from Ghana's Jubilee oilfield to gas treatment plant as Ghana's first submarine gas pipeline is of great significance to the improvement of Ghana's domestic energy structure and relief of domestic power supply shortage. Due to technical issues such as rich heavy hydrocarbon in gas composition, the diameter of submarine pipeline varying from DN 250 to DN 300 and large dropping variance and so on, common methods for submarine pipeline start-up are not applicable. Simultaneous operation of drainage, drying and start-up has been realized successfully by selecting pig properly, optimizing drainaing scheme, which provides experiences for the start-up of deep-sea submarine pipeline.
