- 对产气量较小的天然气气井(10×104~30×104 m3/d)，可就近建立小型LNG工厂。根据天然气生产的工艺特点及流程，通过模块化划分方法，将LNG生产全过程进行橇装设计，用搭积木的方式，将主要设备及工艺管道集成于一个、多个或多层的钢结构上，在制造厂制造及预组装，完成全部工序后，运输至现场进行简单的复位安装，实现现场快速安装、投产，节约工期及成本，形成高效、快捷、易搬迁的小型LNG工厂建设模式，具有小型天然气气井快速开发和生产的技术优势，并已在实际生产中得到应用。
For natural gas well of small output, such as 10～30 × 104 m3/d, small LNG factories could be built nearby. According to the characteristics of gas production process, skid-mounted process design method can be used for this kind of LNG factories by the method of modular division. For modularization design method, it integrates the main equipments and process pipes in a single or multiple layers of steel structures by building blocks. All the blocks will be transported to site for reset installation after manufacturing and assembling in factory, featuring fast installation and start-up, and time&cost-saving. A LNG plant construction mode with high efficiency, quickness and mobility has been established and applied lo actual production.
