- 压裂返排液重复利用对保护环境、降低油田开发成本具有重要意义。但在夏季高温时,细菌滋生会导致返排液发黑发臭,严重影响返排液的现场应用。对川渝地区压裂返排液中细菌种类、繁殖规律、细菌危害及导致返排液配液水化主要原因进行了研究,在此基础上对不同类型杀菌剂的杀菌性能进行评价,并从中优选出3种杀菌剂进行复配实验,复配后的新型杀菌剂在川渝地区的应用效果良好,具有较高的推广应用价值。
The reuse of fracturing flow-back fluid is of great significance to environmental protection and cost saving of oilfield development. However, the flow-back fluid will turn black and become smelly at high temperature in summer due to bacterial growth, seriously influencing its site application. Based on the research of bacterial species, breeding regularity, the harm of bacterial and the reason for solution hydration in Sichuan and Chongqing areas, sterilization effect of different bactericide was evaluated and three kinds of bactericide were selected to make compound composition experiment. The new bactericide, with its high value of popularization and application, has excellent effect in Sichuan and Chongqing.
