- 为了探讨聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)在油气田工况条件下应用的可行性,采用高温高压釜设备,研究了油气田模拟环境下PVDF的适用性能。通过对比分析适用性评价试验前后PVDF的质量、表面形貌、力学性能、结构成分和耐热性能变化规律,发现PVDF虽然在油田模拟重油环境中发生溶胀增重现象,并导致维卡软化温度略有下降,样品表面出现纳米级微裂纹,但其增重率和环拉伸强度的变化远低于标准极限要求,且样品结构成分和热解过程均未发生明显变化,表明PVDF具备良好的耐油气田重油介质的适用性。
In order to study the application feasibility of PVDF in oil and gas field, compatibility of PVDF in simulated oilfield atmospheres was studied by using autoclave. The change rules of weight, morphologies, mechanical property, composition and thermal resistance of PVDF before and after the tests were compared and analyzed systematically. Results revealed that the weight of PVDF increased in simulated heavy oil condition due to the swelling in tests, which caused a reduction of its Viral soften temperature and many nano-cracks on its surface. However, the change of weight gain and hoop tensile strength was much lower than the limit of standard. Moreover, no apparent changes to the composition and pyrolytic process were observed, further revealing that PVDF had a perfect applicability in simulated oilfield environments.
