- 安岳气田磨溪区块龙王庙组气藏天然气处理厂的设备内壁具有运行温度高,含H2S、Cl-和CO2等强腐蚀性介质,腐蚀环境恶劣等特点。对陶瓷金属涂料进行了实验室测试,并对陶瓷金属涂料在其它工程项目中的运行情况进行了调查,证明陶瓷金属涂料具有附着力强,耐磨、耐高温,抗H2S、Cl-和CO2腐蚀的优良性能。选用陶瓷金属涂料对腐蚀环境恶劣的设备内壁进行防腐,保障了设备的安全运行,通过1年的实际运行和验证发现,陶瓷金属涂料在高温,含H2S、Cl-和CO2等腐蚀性介质的浸泡环境下具有很强的耐蚀性。
The inner wall of equipments in Moxi gas field gas processing plant is featured by high operating temperature, strong and severe corrosive medium such as H2S,CI-,CO2 and so on. According to test for the metal ceramic coating and investigation for its application to other projects, it was proved that the metal ceramic coating has superior performance as strong adhesion, abrasion resistance, high temperature resistance, resistance to hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide and chloride ions. The application of ceramic metal coating to the inner wall of equipment guarantees safety operation of equipments and it was found through actual operation and verification for 1 year that the ceramic metal coating had strong corrosion resistance in high temperature and other conditions with corrosive medium as H2S,CI-,CO2.
