- 中国天然气长输管道工程阀室和站场用国产高压大口径管件,由于采用数学分析法导致大壁厚管件质量难于得到保证,而进口管件采用验证试验法计算得到的壁厚较小,不存在管件制造装备和制造工艺上的难题,管件质量和安全性得到了保证。通过工程实例中进口与国产管件的对比,说明应采用验证试验法进行管件设计计算,提出采用验证试验法需依据的标准应以国外标准为宜,并论述了采用管件验证试验法计算壁厚的相关技术问题,包括规范结构型式与尺寸,和规定制造工艺规范。
High pressure&large diameter pipe fittings are used in the valve chambers and stations of long-distance gas pipelines in our country. As quality cannot be guaranteed due to bigger wall thickness by mathematical analysis, the wall thickness calculated by verification test method for imported pipe fittings are relatively thinner, which avoids the difficulty in manufacturing equipments and process and guarantees quality and safety of pipe fittings. It is explained that verification test method shall be selected for the design and calculation of pipe fittings according to comparison between imported and domestic pipe fillings in engineering projects and is proposed that foreign standards should be adopted as the basis of verification test method. Relevant technical issues in wall thickness calculation by verification methods are also discussed in this paper, including standard structure style, size and manufacturing process and specifications.
