- 为研究在设计系数0.8下管道运行的安全性,对目前西气东输工程中使用最多的X80管道建立极限状态方程,采用MonteCarlo法对管道进行可靠性分析,并根据API 579《FitnessForService规定的目标可靠度来确定管道的极限输气压力并推算出设计系数。结果表明,当压力的变异系数为0.1时,只是将设计系数提高到0.8,管道运行的可靠度小于目标可靠度0.99;如果能减缓管道在输气期间的压力波动,当压力的变异系数减小为0.08时,可靠度才能达到目标可靠度规定的取值,管道能安全运行。最后计算出不同压力的变异系数下的设计系数,为以后的研究提供依据。
In order to study the safety of pipeline operation under the design coefficient of 0.8, the limit state equation is established for X80 pipelines which are most widely used in West-to-East pipeline project, and the reliability of pipeline is analyzed by Monte-Carlo method, and the utmost gas transmission pressure and the design coefficient are calculated according to the target reliability specified by APl579 Fitness-For-Service. The results show that when the coefficient of variation is 0.1, the design coefficient is only increased to 0.8 and the reliability of pipeline operation is less than the target reliability of 0.99; if the pressure fluctuation of the pipeline is reduced to 0.08, the reliability of the pipeline can reach the required value. At last, the design coefficients under different variable pressure coefficients were calculated to provide basis for future research.
