- 随着时间的推移和中国石油天然气的发展,油气长输管道的运行安全和适应能力也在不断发生变化,油气长输管道更新改造的数量逐年增加,油气管道改造工作必将逐渐提到工作日程,成为当前重点工作之一。为此,应做好油气长输管道改造工作的前期研究，为主管部门的决策提供相对可靠的依据。根据油气长输管道改造项目的特点,对油气长输管道改造项目工程可研报告内容和深度提出了建议,为前期研究提供参考。
With the passage of time and the development of oil and gas in China, the safe operation of long-distance pipelines as well as the ability to adapt to long-distance pipeline are constantly changing, so the numbers of oil (gas) pipeline for renovation are increasing year by year. Oil (gas) pipe renovation will be gradually put on the agenda to become one of the priorities at present. To this end, preliminary study for oil (gas) pipe renovation provides a relatively reliable basis for decision-making authorities. Based on the characteristics of long distance oil (gas) pipe renovation projects, suggestions have been made for the contents and depth of feasibility report of renovation projects as the reference for preliminary study.
