- 为提高工程技术人员对油气管道穿路套管必要性的认识,通过分析油气管道穿路套管对阴极保护、工程造价、施工难度的影响以及套管设置目的、直埋管道受力等,同时结合国外油气管道穿路常用做法及套管处腐蚀监测创新技术,表明穿越段管道屈服强度计算法确定的管材及壁厚均能通过土压及车辆载荷产生的应力校核,套管的应用会对穿越段管道造成不良影响。因此,设计人员在套管设置必要性方面应慎重,不能盲目采用套管。
In order to improve the understanding on the necessity of oil and gas pipeline casing, through the analysis of the effect of casing on cathodic protection, construction cost and constructional difficulty, the purpose of casing and the stress of directly buried pipe etc, combining common practice of oil and gas pipelines road crossing and innovated technology for pipeline corrosion monitoring in the casing abroad, the results show that the pipe material and wall thickness calculated by the method of yield strength calculation of pipe at crossing section can be checked by the stress generated by soil pressure and vehicle load, and the application of casing can cause adverse effects on the pipeline at crossing road section. Therefore, pipeline designer shall focus on the necessity of casing and not use casing blindly.
