- 天然气脱水装置BTEX和VOC的排放是备受关注的环保问题。综述了国外天然气脱水装置BTEX和VOC的主要减排措施——燃烧、冷凝回收、优化脱水工艺以及一些其他减排措施。通过对满足环保要求并取得良好经济效益的StripBurn系统、RBTEX工艺和Drizo工艺进行详细模拟分析可得:StripBurn系统的能耗随着闪蒸压力和汽提气量的减小而减小;Drizo工艺的能耗随着冷凝温度的上升而降低。指出了各种减排措施的优缺点,因StripBurn系统具有节能、环保、经济、脱水深度大等优势,推荐采用StripBurn系统减少天然气脱水装置BTEX和VOC的排放。
The BTEX and VOC emission from natural gas dehydration units is a significant environmental concern. The main BTEX and VOC emission control methods for gas dehydration units, such as combustion, condensate recovery and dehydration process optimization, are reviewed, where the StripBurn, R-BTEX and Drizo processes are computed and analyzed in detail. The results show that the energy consumption of the StripBurn process goes down with the decreased flash temperature and flow rate of stripping gas, and that the energy consumption of the Drizo process declines with the increased condensing temperature. Advantages and disadvantages of the listed BTEX and VOC emission control measures are investigated, and StripBurn process is recommended for its good tradeoff between energy saving, environmental protection, economy and water dew point depression.
