- 水喷雾蒸发冷却降温技术在干热地区具有明显技术优势,利用干热地区空气湿球温度低的显著特点,在对空气加湿的同时将空气温度降至接近湿球温度,以满足工艺设备的低温要求。以某燃气电站燃机厂房水喷雾蒸发冷却通风设计为实例,分析在干热地区燃机厂房通风系统设计需要注意的问题,提出在干热地区夏季有效降低燃机进气温度、提高燃机效率的方法及适用条件,为燃机厂房及其他厂房设计与建造提供参考。
Water evaporative spray-cooling technology has its unique advantage when used in the hot-dry area. Usually, the wet-bulb temperature in hot-dry area is low and the evaporative spray-cooling technology can add humidity to the air, which is cooled down to a temperature close to the wet-bulb temperature at the same time. Based on the design of water spray evaporative cooling ventilation system for a gas-fired power plant project, the issues that needs attention in the design of ventilation system for the gas engine plant in the hot-dry area were analyzed, and methods and application conditions for lowering the inlet temperature of gas turbine were put forward to improve the efficiency of gas turbine. It provides valuable references for design and construction of gas-fired power plants and other plants.
