- 为分析挖掘荷载作用在管道上所造成的后果,采用ABAQUS非线性有限元软件的耦合欧拉-拉格朗日法(CEL),对承受挖掘载荷作用的钢丝缠绕增强塑料复合管(RTP)进行有限元三维建模。土壤本构关系选用MohrCoulomb模型,分别从挖掘载荷未直接作用和直接作用在RTP管上进行分析,在挖掘载荷直接作用下RTP管各层材料发生屈服、断裂,管道结构发生变形、破裂,即RTP管强度失效。分析结果为采取相应的有效保护措施提供了依据。
To analyze the results of digging force on pipelines, a FE model of pipes reinforced by cross helically wound wires under digging force was built by using Coupling Euler Lagrange (CEL) in ABAQUS. Mohr-Coulomb model was selected for the constitutive relation of soil. The direct and indirect effect of digging force on RTP pipeline was both considered in the analysis process. As a result of digging force, each layer of RTP pipeline failed by yielding and breaking when deformation and rupture occurred to the structure of RTP, which was also considered as strength failure of RTP. The analysis results provided basis for taking related protective measures.
